Beyond Bristles: Validating Every Strand with Pull-Force Testing
01/24/2026

At the core of a reliable brush head is a bond that must not fail. The connection between each individual bristle and its base is fundamental to product safety, durability, and user trust. To ensure this critical integrity, our quality control includes a rigorous Bristle Pull-Force Test on every production batch.

The Purpose: Preventing Failure Before It Happens

A bristle that detaches during use is more than an inconvenience—it’s a potential safety concern and a direct hit to brand confidence. Our pull-force test simulates years of abrasive brushing stress in a single, controlled moment, proactively identifying any weakness in the planting process. It is a non-negotiable checkpoint in our commitment to a defect rate of under 1%.

Our Test Method & Standard: Data-Driven Assurance

We employ calibrated mechanical testers to apply a precise, controlled pulling force to randomly selected bristles from sampled brush heads.

  1. Procedure: A single bristle is securely gripped and pulled axially until separation from the head base occurs.

  2. Measurement: The instrument records the exact force (measured in Newtons, N) required to dislodge the bristle.

  3. Acceptance Criterion: The minimum pull-force for any tested bristle must significantly exceed international safety benchmarks and our own stringent internal specifications, which are far greater than any force encountered in normal or even aggressive brushing.

This objective, data-driven test provides irrefutable proof of the reliability of our copper-free bristle planting technology.

Your Guarantee of Durability

By partnering with us, you secure more than a component; you gain the assurance of a fully validated supply chain. Our pull-force testing is one of many checkpoints that ensure the brush heads you receive are built to last, supporting your brand’s reputation for quality and safety.
